Chris - The 17.5" Gems 1 viola arrived yesterday. I let it stay in the box for the day to acclimate to the temperature here (it was 5 degrees F. here yesterday). The viola is very nice and I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and sound. The large body produces a huge sound but very well balanced through the range. I think you have an excellent product and will not hesitate to recommend you to my students and colleagues. Thank you - Paul
I love the 1/4 Butterfly violin!!!!!!! My daughter will love it. She can't wait until BDAY. It has a great sound and is very easy to play. It is set up well. Most small violins are set up too high over the fingerboard. This is perfect. Thanks Cindy

Hi again Chris, I received it today. I really like it. It is not as loud as my professional violin, but fits me better and has artistic merit!! My students are going to be jealous. I have decided to buy the 1/4 butterfly violin. I want the one GC6398. It has more blue, pink and cream. I like the varnish and the way they are painted. Chris, I love my bass! I had a local luthier set it up and put some Helicore strings on it, and it sounds and plays great. I would have expected to pay three to four times as much for a bass of this quality, thank you for helping me out. Thank you again, Ben.
