Dear Chris, The 1/10 violin that I purchased from you for my daughter arrived today -- I just want to let you know that we are very happy with it. It looks beautiful -- the flamed wood is so pretty. Her teacher agrees wholeheartedly! We are happily returning the rental and looking forward to listening to her play with pleasure on her new Gliga violin. She loves it so much she actually played it in the CAR on her way back from lessons today!) Just received the Viola.....it's absolutely beautiful....now I have to hide it until Christmas....thank you for sending it so quickly.....we will let you know how things go after Christmas when I give it to my son..... Well, hello. It's been two lessons and scratchy to rather nice already! Thank you for a fine product. My daughter, Sydney, is delighted; her instructor and I are pleased as well. Her instructor took a quick look at it and replied "Well, we have a...actually a very nice little violin here." Hi Chris, We gave Sandra her birthday present a little early. You should have seen her face. It was love at first sight!! She took the violin out of the case, tuned it( much easier to do than on her old violin), and started playing. Everyone in the family immediately heard the difference! What a nice violin! Not only was the sound better but it is beautiful.The antique oil finish is stunning! Thank you for the great service. I would recommend you and your company to anyone. i got my viola in the mail today. i'm still waiting for my bow from a different place, so i can't do anything but pluck yet. but, gosh, it is so pretty! i opened the box and took her out, and she's a much more beautiful instrument than i expected! she's in great shape. thank you so much!

We're keeping the 1/8 Professional. She said both violins were fine but she liked the warmer tone of the Professional. Chase just thinks the "stripes" are cool. Go figure. I knew I wasn't going to get out too cheap and satisfy everyone. I want to thank you again for all your help and how friendly you've been through all this violin shipping business. Hi, I got the violin. It seems to be in excellent shape, the workmanship is extraordinary, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. I've only had a little time to play it, but it already seems to be opening up, tonally, and it is very easy to play. I hope to begin performing with this instrument as soon as possible, and I'm even more excited to hear how it records. I should have an opportunity for that in the near future.
