Each instrument is for it's unique impression and sound better than expected. Your high quality of the hand crafted violins is, what convinces in a world of mass-produced articles which mostly come from Asia. Wonderfull, what is made in Roumania! 2. And as sensitive individual as your instruments, are you in this orchestration. We ordenary comunicated by a few email-lines, after I looked in your well-pepaired web shop. I recognized that you acted in favour to the deal by an understanding of my wishes, as if we had personly talked together. But what I appreciated most, is that you kept on that way, after I payed. Hello, We received the beautiful violin about 1 1/2 weeks ago and my daughter loves it! She's had her first violin lesson now, and her teacher has also commented on what a lovely violin it is. You will be happy to know my violin arrived this past Tuesday night, April fourth. I should have contacted you then but I was too busy playing with it. I have been 'trying' it out ever since. When I play it I feel as though I should be performing in an orchestra. I know that sounds corny but it is true. I have had my teacher, Maria Alejandra, check out the violin and she is more than impressed with it. She is very pleased with the quality of the sound, as well as, the overall condition of it. She only re-affirmed to me what I already knew that I had made a great find and purchased a very beautiful instrument. I am more than please with the way the violin looks, sounds and how it was packaged for shipment. A few friends have seen it now and they have all fallen in love with it. My congratulations go out to the artist(s) who are responsible for the art work on it. I can not say enough about the artwork. It is as though the artist(s) knew exactly what would make me happy. Every time I look at it I can see something new, something that I had missed before. The case for it was more than I expected and for the color, well, it is exquisite. It is the perfect rich black and dark deep purple that I was looking for. The artist(s) not only created something truly unique but also something that will become more valuable with time. There are so many things on and about the violin itself that I simply can’t relate them all in an e-mail. I would like to take a moment and thank you personally, Eric. Your kindness and patience went above and beyond what was called for. You took the time to explain how certain pieces of the violin worked and how best to improve on them. The same could be said for the bow. Again, thank you so much for the time you gave me. You are a great asset to the company and I look forward to dealing with you all again. Dear Chris, I received the Left Handed Workshop Gems 1 violin yesterday and I am very impressed. The service you provided was excellent and the violin arrived in 5 days. The instrument was well packaged and arrived safely. The violin itself is beautiful and it sounds amazing, even in the hands of a beginner. The violin arrived last Wednesday. Please forward my compliments to your luthiers and artists. They did a fine job. My son was so pleased with the instrument that he took the fiddle to school to show the day after it arrived. Dear Chris, I have shown the violin to luthier (well known in Krakow, who is making instruments for philharmonic musicians) as well as to instructor of my daughter. They both approved of it.
